1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NGARI Corporation's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

NGARI provides a Sovereign Business Operating System (SBOS) that includes autonomous AI agents, control tower dashboard, e-commerce integration, and team collaboration tools. Products are delivered via NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin hardware or software license.

3. Licensing

• •Subscription licenses (Personal AI Agent, Sovereign Stack) are valid for the paid period and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• •Perpetual licenses (Sovereign License) grant lifetime access to the purchased version and 5 years of version upgrades.
• •NGARI software is proprietary. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized modification is prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

• •Payments are processed via Stripe or BTCPay Server.
• •Subscription refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
• •Perpetual license sales are final.
• •Hardware purchases are subject to separate terms.

5. Data Sovereignty

NGARI is designed to keep your data on your own infrastructure. We do not collect, store, or transmit your operational data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

NGARI Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
